Pura Salsita! It all began in San José, August 2020. That’s where our love story with the culinary arts — and especially with sauces — took root. We began crafting salsitas made with chiles and aromatic vegetables, creating a bold, unforgettable flavor.Our name honors the grandfather of our founder — a tribute of loyalty, affection, and gratitude to his legacy.
The explosion of new flavors and the rise of artisanal gastronomy inspired us to develop recipes that are truly one-of-a-kind. Made with carefully selected chiles and aromatic vegetables, our salsitas bring a spicy, balanced taste — ideal for sharing with friends, family, or anyone who appreciates flavorful moments.
Unlike many hot sauces designed to simply burn the palate, Salsitas DonGeorge focuses on balance — combining heat, aroma, and depth of flavor. Our aromatic vegetables create a distinct sensory experience: a flavorful, soothing spice that delights both the taste and the senses. It’s the creativity of design, bottled in a sauce.
